In November we had the pleasure of creating a very special event: the 10th anniversary celebration of vonRock Events. A milestone that was not only celebrated but stylishly staged with an individual event concept, a well thought-out decoration concept and lots of love for detail. As event and wedding planners at rockwedding, it was a matter close to our hearts to design this anniversary holistically and plan it professionally.
The venue was the renowned Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa in Baden-Baden – one of the most exclusive event venues in the region. Here we welcomed around 100 invited guests, including family, friends, employees and numerous vendors and partners from the events industry. Design & decoration – vonRock Events highlights in focus
Particular attention was paid to the decoration, the furniture and the overall room design. For the anniversary celebration, all the new highlights from the vonRock Events range were skilfully integrated into the design, so that functionality, aesthetics and event decor harmonised perfectly. The result was a high-quality decoration concept that reflected the character of the brand while creating a modern, elegant atmosphere.
The absolute highlight was the black ring wall installation, personalised especially for the evening – with the founding and CEO couple Anna-Maria & Dominic Rock. It made not only a strong visual statement but also served as the emotional centre of the anniversary celebration. It is exactly individual design elements like these that make event planning special and turn a company anniversary into a personal, unforgettable experience.
A skilful mix of seating, lounge furniture and cocktail tables also created an open, communicative ambience that encouraged exchange between guests, family, employees and partners. This kind of room planning is typical of the vonRock Events signature: stylish, functional and always tailored to the needs of the guests.

for the company celebration
As experienced event planners, we planned the entire course of the anniversary celebration to guarantee a smooth flow and an unforgettable experience for all guests. The evening began with a stylish get-together where the guests could chat in a relaxed atmosphere and gather first impressions. This was followed by an emotional speech by professional speakers from the event and wedding industry: Karim Yahiaoui & Sarah Kiehl, who know the founding couple Anna-Maria & Dominic Rock personally – a moving moment that impressively highlighted the company’s history and successes.
Musical highlights came from a carefully selected live act by Amy Sue and DJ Bernarts Music, who set the right mood throughout the evening. Every part of the programme, from the welcome and the speeches to the musical interludes, was strategically coordinated to create a dynamic, elegant and entertaining anniversary celebration. Small details such as individual guest gifts or personalised decorative elements were also used deliberately to underline the character of the event and give the guests a consistent experience.

Beautiful florals by JoSa | Floral storytelling
Another eye-catcher of the evening was the impressive floristry by JoSa. The plinth with the floral arrangements in particular was designed with lots of love for detail and immediately drew everyone’s attention. The arrangements matched the Casino Royale theme perfectly: elegant shades of red, black and silver harmonised with the rest of the decoration and gave the room a luxurious, modern look.
The florists used different heights, textures and types of flowers to create depth and dynamism. Little highlights, such as discreetly placed candles between the arrangements, created an atmospheric play of light and underlined the elegant mood of the evening. The florals thus became a central part of the event design and blended seamlessly into the overall decoration concept.
The combination of professional event planning, high-quality materials, creative florals and detailed execution made the floral design one of the absolute highlights of the anniversary celebration. It contributed decisively to the event not only impressing visually but also staying in people’s memories emotionally.
A special highlight
A sweet table on the vonRock Events market stall
A real highlight of the anniversary celebration was the sweet table, lovingly presented on the black market stall from vonRock Events. The sweet treats were not only perfectly matched in colour to the Casino Royale concept in silver, black and red but also themed to the 10th anniversary. With personalised vonRock Events toppers on macarons, cake pops and other treats, the company’s story was staged in a playful way.
The sweets by Cormeum Cake were artfully arranged and invited the guests to enjoy the little works of art. The sweet table was thus not only a culinary highlight but also an important part of the event concept. It perfectly reflected the elegance, creativity and attention to detail of vonRock Events.
Design & details
Love for detail – storytelling of the last 10 years
What really made this anniversary special was the love for detail and the thoughtful storytelling that ran through the whole event. A dedicated anniversary newspaper was designed for the guests, looking back on the last ten years of vonRock Events. It contained exciting insights, special highlights of past projects and a look at the new apprentices who represent the future of the company.
Another highlight was the black 360-degree bar, on which a timeline with the most important moments and milestones of the last ten years was presented. This staging brought the company’s history to life in a stylish and emotional way and showed how an anniversary celebration can become an individual brand experience.
Small, humorous elements such as the fun-fact napkins also made the guests smile and told interesting stories about the company in a charming way. These details created personal touches that made the values, growth and passion of vonRock Events tangible for all guests. Every glance and every little detail was designed to show the team’s commitment and take the guests on an emotional journey.
Casino Royale as the event theme – elegant, modern & timeless
The theme of the evening was “Casino Royale” – a perfect choice for a glamorous yet modern appearance. The colour palette of black, silver and red ran consistently through the entire design concept and gave the event a noble, powerful and luxurious atmosphere. For couples, companies or hosts looking for special anniversary party ideas, this theme shows how strongly a clear event concept can shape the whole evening.
In the evening the guests were able to sit at casino tables for two hours and play roulette and blackjack with professional dealers. Every guest received chips or play money on arrival to enjoy the games. As the crowning finale, a big prize provided by vonRock Events was awarded – a highlight that added extra fun, excitement and interaction and perfectly rounded off the Casino Royale theme of the anniversary celebration.
