As an experienced event and design team, we love bringing special moments to life in a stylish and unique way. For this project we were booked to develop an aesthetic, modern and high-quality design – for other events we take on the complete planning, from the first conversation to the party. Depending on wishes, budget and scope, the result is an individual concept that harmoniously combines decoration, colour scheme, design concept, special elements and, if desired, florals.

A 30th birthday in a modern disco look
For a special 30th birthday, we had the pleasure of developing an exciting, modern disco design – glamorous, style-conscious and perfectly matched to the venue. The goal was to turn the birthday party into an exclusive, memorable event that feels modern, personal and high-quality.
In this project, the focus was exclusively on the design concept and its implementation on site. Together with our in-house rental company vonRock Events, we were able to use high-quality furniture, decorative elements, light objects and matching details to create a cohesive overall look. A clear design idea thus became a well thought-out event concept that perfectly suited the venue and the occasion.
The combination of a creative concept, professional event management and our own rental company resulted in an event design that was implemented individually and to a high standard – giving the occasion a luxurious, modern character. It is exactly this combination of planning, design and implementation that turns a special birthday party into an unforgettable experience.
Stylish table details
Pink, aubergine, black & silver
– with a vinyl record as the highlight
The table design thrived on an expressive yet elegant colour palette: pink, aubergine, black and silver. This colour scheme created a modern, slightly extravagant atmosphere that suited the disco design perfectly and shaped the entire decoration of the party.
A special detail and real eye-catcher was the vinyl record under every charger plate. It picked up the party concept creatively and gave each place setting an individual, stylish touch. Complemented by subtle silver accents, dark nuances and colourful highlights in pink and aubergine, the result was a table decoration that looked powerful, modern and absolutely unique. Special elements like these bring an event design to life and ensure the theme is reflected down to the smallest detail.

Catering & dessert
in disco style
The creative concept was consistently continued in the catering. The love for detail was particularly evident in the dessert: pink macarons decorated with tiny disco balls picked up the disco theme playfully and became another special element of the birthday party.
The desserts were served on plates from our Royal series by vonRock Events, which not only look high-quality but elegantly complemented the entire colour and design concept. The party’s theme was thus visible down to the smallest detail – from the table design and decoration to the very last culinary highlight.

Black bars
& XXL disco balls
A particular focus of the design was on the bars, which we consistently integrated into the event concept. We planned black bars that perfectly matched the pink, aubergine, black and silver colours while serving as a stylish meeting point for the guests. The bar area was therefore not just designed to be functional but staged as an integral part of the design concept.
As an additional eye-catcher, we placed XXL disco balls in front of the bars. They reinforced the disco theme impressively, reflected the light and gave the venue a dynamic, glamorous atmosphere. Even the bar area became a central design element of the party, showing how important special elements are for an exclusive event.
The client’s wish
A private venue & vaulted cellar as the party hotspot
The birthday party took place on a private estate with a vaulted cellar, which we completely transformed into a stylish party venue with our design concept. The combination of event planning, decoration, lighting concept, colour scheme and the right furniture created an atmosphere that perfectly matched the modern disco theme.
As our client wanted an exuberant party, we suggested installing a dance floor with mirror foil. This special floor reflected the light of the disco balls and created the right disco atmosphere – perfect for making the celebration an unforgettable highlight. With detailed planning and a clear event concept, the private venue became an exclusive event with an individual signature.
