Our wedding planners were on site for this beautiful summer wedding at Hofgut Lilienhof in Ihringen. The rockwedding planners created a concept for this outdoor wedding.
A ceremony under the open sky
The symbolic ceremony took place in the spacious garden of Hofgut Lilienhof. For a very special wedding design, many different chairs and old armchairs were mixed together, creating a breathtaking overall look. Under white parasols and the smiling July sun, wedding dreams came true here. At the outdoor ceremony, the celebrant, supported by live music, created a summery and beautiful atmosphere for the couple.
Dinner & table set-up
The dinner and the party also took place under the open sky. Here, too, the wood-coloured crossback chairs from vonRock were used, together with solid wooden tables and light linen runners. The table decor also featured golden accents, such as the gold rims of the clear charger plates and the beautifully textured glasses from the rental collection. White, eucalyptus green and gold dominated the table, paired with the natural wood colour of the tables and chairs.
Hofgut Lilienhof
Hofgut Lilienhof in Ihringen impresses with its exclusive location close to nature. Set in the middle of the Kaiserstuhl wine region, it is a popular wedding venue that hosts numerous events. With plenty of creative freedom, couples can celebrate their dream wedding here.
An evening atmosphere
Only towards evening did the countless lights become visible. A large garland of lights on the linden tree of the Lilienhof created a very special summer-night atmosphere. Numerous lanterns were also part of the decoration concept, and the candlelight complemented the romance of the estate.

The day was captured by Anna Huber Photography. The photographer from Weisweil specialises in wedding photography, but she is also your contact for family or baby shoots. She too was thrilled by the wedding design and the many lights that lit up the night.
Planning & concept
The rockwedding team supported the couple in creating a wedding concept – from ordering the flowers to the complete implementation of the concept. Not only the wedding design was in our hands but also the decoration on the wedding day itself, so that the couple’s outdoor wedding made all their wishes come true.
Our tips for your outdoor wedding
A wedding entirely under the open sky needs one thing above all: shade. White parasols at the ceremony protect guests from the July sun and match the wedding design at the same time. Plan plenty of water and a bad-weather option as well.
A mix of different chairs and vintage armchairs looks relaxed and individual at a garden ceremony. At dinner, wooden crossback chairs, solid tables and light linen runners create a natural look, elegantly finished with gold accents.
Once it gets dark, light takes over: a large garland of lights in a tree, lanterns and candlelight create a summer-night atmosphere. Check in advance where power is available and how the lighting can be safely secured.
