We had the pleasure of accompanying a wonderful wedding in Baden-Baden and supporting the couple with the planning, event planning and implementation of their big day. The symbolic ceremony took place under the open sky in the extensive park of the Brenners Park-Hotel – a place that perfectly combines tranquillity, exclusivity and nature.
The couple came to us with a very clear wish: to celebrate carefree, let go and sit back and relax on their wedding day. For the decoration, the couple placed great value on minimalism and sustainability. Instead of classic flower arrangements, they chose selected plants and greenery that not only framed the ceremony stylishly but were later planted in the couple’s own garden. A special highlight was the extraordinary seating concept: the ceremony was deliberately designed differently. With elegant wishbone chairs from vonRock Events, we arranged the seating in a circle like a cake, divided into quarters. The couple sat in the middle, surrounded by family and friends – a very intimate, modern and emotional setting that perfectly matched the couple’s vision and gave the symbolic ceremony a very special atmosphere.
Wedding Dinner
An atmospheric dinner – planned flexibly
Originally, the dinner was planned to take place under the open sky, but the weather threw a small spanner in the works that day. As experienced wedding planners, we were of course prepared for this situation and, together with the couple, were able to decide calmly on the morning of the wedding to move the dinner indoors. This flexibility paid off: the dinner in the stylish interior of the Brenners Park-Hotel was particularly cosy, elegant and atmospheric – a wonderful setting for long conversations, good food and a relaxed end to this special day.
A modern & minimalist dinner concept
The overall dinner concept was deliberately modern and minimalist. Instead of classic table layouts, we opted for wave-shaped tables that flowed organically through the room and gave the setting a particularly natural dynamic. This look was supported by loosely gathered table linen that gave the room lightness and movement, and by our wishbone chairs, which perfectly complemented the pared-back design.
For the decoration, the couple chose minimalist accents with character: sunflowers provided an unexpected, fresh contrast, while elegant table lamps created a warm and intimate atmosphere. The couple deliberately wanted something different from classic wedding concepts – individual, modern and full of personality. The result was a minimalist wedding with clean design, special florals and a decoration concept that combined naturalness, elegance and individuality.
